Site Access

To access our site, individuals must be at least 18 years of age to agree and enter into this Agreement on their behalf and to register for the use of this Site. By accessing our site and checking the box indicating your acceptance, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by this agreement. Access to our Site is permitted temporarily, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Buying of Products

Our website allows you to purchase our Products, which are strictly according to the terms and conditions set out below. Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us, notifying you that we have received and accepted your order, accompanied by an invoice. If there is an error in the Order Confirmation, you must notify us by telephone (+44 20 254 5777) or via email at dalston@askthepantry.co.uk by 8 pm the day before the order is due to be collected or delivered.

Payments

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. The cards accepted by us are those listed on our website on the date when your order is placed. A refund will only be made to the same credit or debit card with which your order was placed.

Delivery & Availability

If no one is present to receive delivery of the Products at the address you have provided, we will take the Products back and retain them for 24 hours during which you may contact our Customer Care team to arrange for personal collection or re-delivery within 24 hours (subject to delivery availability) upon payment of a further delivery charge.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or via email at dalston@askthepantry.co.uk. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon collection or delivery of the Products they are not as ordered or are in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately. If a Product is not as on the Order Confirmation or is damaged, we will credit or refund your purchase.

Allergy Information

We will notify you of any Product containing nuts on the specific Product’s web page. However, since our kitchens handle nuts, we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not be found in our Products and do not accept any liability for any damage to health or distress caused by the consumption of such Products.

General

All content found on our website, including images, videos, infographics, and text, is created solely for informational purposes and is the intellectual property of The Pantry. We occasionally run promotional prices as incentives or limited-time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Standard delivery times are between 11 am to 9 pm by our company drivers, and priority delivery is available.
